Pros

A highly rewarding job with good pay and benefits. They offer health, dental, vision PTO and even pet insurance. I mean, who offers pet insurance? It was a surprise and a welcome one at that. Considering that this is the nail industry the benefits are top tier. Forgot to mention they also offer 401K :)

Perfect for gaining experience as a newbie

Pros

Came onto the team as a newbie with the intention to learn and gain experience. Was able to achieve that goal and much more. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have anyone breathing down my neck the entire time when I was still fresh. They let you figure things out on your own without resorting to hand holding. At the end of the day, I felt respected. When I eventually left the company, it was on good terms.

Some company politics but I’ve seen worse.

I’ve been with Miniluxe for a little over a year now and the overall experience has been very positive. This job has its highs and lows but I’m happy to say there have been many more highs than there have been lows. If you’re willing to stick it out and work your butt off, you’ll be duly rewarded for your perseverance.

Cons

Management needs to work on communicating better with their staff.
