The supervisors constantly picked favorites. They viewed different ideas as a challenge rather than an opportunity to learn. So those who had a lot of offer based on their experience were viewed as threats and came up with stupid excuses like “being too new” (despite having much more experience and time there than others) to limit opportunities to advance while those who blindly followed were promoted. Blatant racism was not only laughed at by our sight lead when it took place but was then dismissed and pushed under the rug when brought to the clinical team.
