Pros

It's rewarding to work for a nonprofit. There are opportunities for promotions. Overall good supervisors. It's a consistent Mon-Fri day shift.

Cons

The pay is low across positions. There are excessive numbers of meetings. Ever increasing expectations of BCBAs..

Pros

I really enjoy working at a place that makes a difference in peoples lives everyday. I am proud to tell people where I work and feel good about my contribution to the overall mission of the organization.

Cons

I think some things that MAC can approve on is just bringing more awareness to individuals in Minnesota that would like to work with us, volunteer or contribute to the organization.
