Minto is not only a extremely professional company but also very family oriented. They make there employees feel comfortable and respected. I feel honored to work for them and am looking forward to a long term career.

Cons

Have not yet experienced something negative.

Pros

Minto is a great place to work! The people here feel like family, you are given opportunities to develop yourself through a number of instructor led and web based courses and there are a number of employees who have been promoted and had opportunities for advancement. I also really like that Minto is very involved in the community and the vibe working here is of a family and community focus.

Cons

Some of the systems are not as intuitive as I would like but we do have training and are working on improving things.

Pros

Minto cares about it's employees and customers. There is a strong sense of accountability among employees, who tend to go that extra mile with everything they do. My manager does not micro manage and trusts in the work I do, and I feel that's the culture around the rest of the company as well.

Cons

No company is perfect. This is a 60 year old company that has restructured recently, and not everyone is going to be happy about it. Processes are still being worked out and Minto is generally cautious about it's growth, which has led to success in the past.
