Healthcare benefits are pretty decent.
Patient to CNA ratio is decent (1:9).
Does offer tuition scholarship benefits.
If you’re able to take a lunch, the kitchen usually has extra left overs for free!
Cons
Management doesn’t seem to care or listen to constructive feedback from CNAs or nurses.
Typically too busy to take an unpaid lunch break and two 15 minute paid breaks (if you’re lucky you’ll be able to find 15 minutes to scarf down your lunch for your 8 hour shifts).
