I got happy when i got offer letter from this company .

Cons

There are many cons in miracle. 1). No value to Employees even the bus drivers also not giving respect to developers. 2). Worst Infrastructure 3).We need to ask every month for project allowance but they wont give. 4).No guarantee for bus facility maximum you need to stand. 5).Canteen the worst ever. 6).Don't even they provide snacks and Coffee.

Marketing is good in IBM

Cons

They tell fake bill rates to C2C people to attract them to their W2's specially people working with IBM tools. Consultants think there employer lied about the bill rate but as a vendor these tell tell fake rates to the consultant just to create ripple between them.
