      Pros

      Work remote, but love that I can reach my manager any time I need assistance, I have great guidance and I love my team. The amount of effort that goes into training employees is so much better than anywhere I've ever worked in the past.

      Cons

      As of now, the only thing I can say is that some of our Practice Leads seem overwhelmed with the amount of work on their plates.

      Pros

      They have been in the industry for a long time. They do have many projects.

      Cons

      They are almost similar to a Staffing company. For OPT candidates they won't pay more than 1.5 K per month until u get into a project. They pay less for a New Bee. The biggest problem is getting into a project.
