Pros : Environment around the company and architecture. Else everything is a con with this firm, I can list that. 1. They will keep your certificates till bond period for 3 years. 2.They treat employees and slaves and let them work for 14 hours/day. 3. They say AP's Num1 company and they pay AP's worst salary. 4. Security guard at my gate earns 5000rs/month where as I earned 3200rs until 1 year. 5. They offer you 8000rs and their deductions are crazy and high and you will receive 3200rs to hand. 6. They will not pay the employer part for the PF, they will deduct that from your salary. 7. No HR will answer you when go with your payslip, deductions will not be mentioned clearly in your payslip. 8. All the administrative heads are their relatives and family members, no clue of help for other employees. 9. Whatever they say is a new rule, many salary deductions, 3 months notice, 10th is the salary date. 10. They will pay you a penny and expects Millions from you. 11. No employee benefits, no insurance, no welfare programs, nothing they do but fantastic action before camera as of they are the No.1 company. 12. They will not maintain minimum work culture, hierarchy is completely monarchy.
