Recently joined the company but I am feeling the worst on knowing the company Feeling sad why joined the company No proper responses given by the HR team Most of the company employee are freshers and they don't know anything Since they are freshers, HR works with them as school teachers stating to maintain value as professional but they don't know what it is. Same refelects to us even though we are at managerial posotion HR are the worst headache for the company salaries are too low for the freshers and managers too, if got placed with high reference then hikes are best even though no knowledge for the employee Working employees are not treated well has a rumor of black listing of the company Issues are not responded well Not at all employee centric and HR decides the rule that changes from one to other complete politics and too high bond period
