      1. You will get a good base for start. 2. You will get proper time for learning. 3. You will get to know new technologies. 4. Your scope is good then you will find lot of integration approaches between Tools. 5. One of the good middle ware Organisation.

      1. All depends on you. 2. Money criteria is average.

      Pros

      If CEO takes complete ownership on caring the company norms , it will be the good company.

      Cons

      Fresher's fed up with the norms and rules set by middle level managers . Not suitable for long term work. PF contribution is the part of both parties (Employee & Employer) in any company. But in this company total PF ( Employee & Employer)will be deducted from Employee only and they will adjust as Employer contribution too in the payslips. Very bad thing. We will not see this type of policy any where in IT companies.

      Got paid to teach myself.

      Cons

      Rude to any non-indian worker. Family or Talent. Surprising if company doesn't go bankrupt soon. Losing customers and great employees. CEO is knowledgeable but blinded by family affairs.
