Where to begin. Low pay for the position. Expectation to be working 24/7. Bad to no training for offshore and US sales teams. They trained the offshore team to beat on prospects, many times calling the same prospect 10 or more times a day. Commission was a joke. 1% for new business, .5% for existing. But it was up to management discretion as to whether you actually got anything and most times they find a way to keep it from you. Plus you have to wait a minimum of 3 months from the time you make a sale until you see any commission. And if you leave, you get nothing. Frantic management from the top down. Every day there was a new goal, a new agenda and a new panic. They rest on their partnership with IBM and have VERY LITTLE EXISTING BUSINESS. Name recognition is nonexistent and marketing is run by the owners kid who knows nothing about marketing. Look at the website and you'll see what I mean. Also the lying! So much lying in that place. Work life balance was nonexistent.

Yeah, 1st prize in different categories > Worst Management > Not treating employees as employees but as slaves and labor. > Literally making HR's to do office boy duties like changing water refills in dispensers, distributing tea ,even they stand at parking lot to advice to keep bikes in order ( BTW I'm not a HR, THANK GOD) > Salaries, great salaries very biased and favoritism also mixed with politics ,a well mixed cocktail. Employees are under appreciated, NO extra hour pays, NO weekend work pays, NO benefits... Ha Ha who am I kidding this company doesn't even have a Coffee Machine,Yes a software company which doesn't have a coffee machine which goes to my next category BTW this company has a history of 21 years > Work environment is not at all friendly HR's are trained to say word NO for every request employee asks ,my favorite is " I don't know, these are the rules I have to follow them" , really does that rule sheet only says NO ,great Job, Kudos to the management who made it , must have taken lot of days to prepare it. > No amenities--> Toilets are not clean, No clean water facility , no beverage facility . A company which runs mostly on US timings in IST doesn't even have minimum amenities > The most worst thing is Bond period 3 years for 2.5 Lakhs I'll bet your 3 years salary doesn't cross more than 3-3.5 lakhs on the whole if you join as a fresher, but if you leave in the middle you have to pay 2.5 . That bond doesn't follow contain any basic rules A person has to pay his assured sum of salary of 3 -6 if he/she has to leave the company before the commitment. These guys don't even pay worth 2.5. P.S: I'm not asking to believe every word I say, talk with an employee who has experience more than a year ( MORE THAN A YEAR) only they knows what happens, new bees doesn't know at the beginning. Freshers please do not choose this as your first company, this company may be best for people whose years passed by trying lot of companies, for them too please make this as a last resort. P.P.S: Please read maximum reviews before joining the Company worst company ever, soul and blood suckers. Only good reviews you see are written by HR's and management, also some are made to write good reviews forcefully .
