Read the Offer letter and Agreement Carefully, the management will ask you for a 2 years commitment No Training, self-learning based track Poor internal tools and the client base is a niche! If you are South Asian(Indian) you might love the culture. Very underpaid as compared to other MNC's in the USA

I found any cons till now

No paid vacation beyond 2 weeks and no 401K matching, no matter how many years you stay. Basically if you stay long years you will not accrue retirement safety. Promotions or raise is very rare, even if you are a full time employee. Will ask to sign agreements for trainings even if the client pays for it ( as employee is just a source of billing hours).

Long training hours per day.

According to their guidelines and rules, As of my knowledge and experience Bond is the only corn for this company

From my end, I have nothing to say.

1. No proper training is given, you could be made to work in any technology. 2. You'll be pissed by some of the upper management people to show your status every hour. 3. You'll be forced to prepare documents and presentations which does not relate to your skills. 4. Your manager won't know anything technical, but they would be the first one to shout at you if you anything wrong. 5. There is politics going on between the teams and you could become the target. So be careful. 6. Don't expect any benefits or salary hike. The management won't give you anything. 7. Worst in culture, they'd judge you on small things
