Great teammates, an amazing portfolio of customers, tools to achieve an impact and open minded culture. I can definitely say that I'm 100% satisfied with my first 4 months in Mirakl and would list Mirakl as the best employer I've ever had on a 360 analysis.

Cons

Due to the fast growth it can be hard to manage stress and prioritize, but the company understands that there are tasks that need to wait till the team will be completed

-Interesting product and company with a lot of potential -Great team and very collaborative culture -Very good compensation -Flexible work environment where you create your own schedule -Trust based work system with none looking over your sholder

Cons

-Depending on your location you might have to do some calls at weird times but its not all the time and its understood that that is not "normal" and they will try to make it up and recognise it -Difficult to get equity at this stage unless you are Sr leadership
