- Autonomy in your work, each and every person is respected and takes ownership, which is why everyone is proud of what they do - Great offices and working environment, very central in Paris, with great amenities like open spaces, chill rooms, a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Paris (also a place to park bikes) - Atmosphere is relaxed, you feel like you work with family and friends, and everyone is there to help each other. There are no politics here, thankfully. - Yoga, football and apéros bring colleagues together, this is all graciously paid for by Mirakl (thanks!). Sort of a work hard, play hard mentality. - Great place to grow your career, since Mirakl has been doubling in size in the past few years, as the organisation grows, there are new job titles created, opportunities for internal movement, and you can even move to one of the other offices (ex. London, Boston). Mobility at Mirakl is definitely a bonus you won't find at many other companies.
