Mirakl is not only the best marketplace platform on the market, but created the entire category. - Notable and happy customer references. - Growth here is unbelievable - Opportunity to be part of a generational company - A supportive and collaborative team environment. - EVERYONE is great at their job here - no mediocre players. - industry standard compensation package

Pros

Amazing product, great people, unique culture, global company. Job mobility within the company. Great healthcare benefits.

Cons

Can be very fast-paced. Everything has a sense of urgency, which can lead to burn-out. Although, this is likely attributed to the stage of growth the company is currently in and the "start-up"/ agile mindset embedded in the culture.

Close access to top brass, start-up culture, good (and growing) benefits, great product and business model.

Cons

Not yet up to speed on typical US benefits. No 401(k) matching, group insurance, etc. Health insurance is good, though.
