Pros
This is the best place I've ever worked. Talented, bright people on the teams; I genuinely like my coworkers. The five weeks of vacation + five sick days are nothing to sneeze at and the healthcare coverage starts at 50% of whatever plan you pick (wide variety of insurance carriers and plans available) and grows to more after a few years. Still considered a startup (series C now) but feels like it is soon to be past being called a startup. I like that you have the chance to learn and grow and develop your career/change career paths within the company. If you work hard and are open to learning and trying new things, you'll go far. I'm not sure what the few negative reviewers are talking about--my guess is sour grapes as they didn't perform well and were therefore let go. Reality check: any company will let you go if you don't perform well. Mirakl attempts to hire the best (the interview process is quite involved) and keep the best around. Management cares about the employees and their health and happiness; perks like weekly yoga and offsites in France are some highlights.
Cons
Some growing pains--while work/life balance is respected (even the CEO uses his vacation), workload can be tough as the teams are currently understaffed. Plans are in place to hire more people but the process takes time and people are stretched thin in the meantime. No company is perfect but this one tries hard to do right by its employees.
