Great Potential with some growing pains

Pros

Great Work Life Balance most of the time. International Travel a couple times a year. Great people and attitudes for collaboration.

Cons

Start-up mentality in all the wrong ways. Not enough streamlined processes and autonomy to change with employee growth and added talent/ideas. Very top-down in terms of management.

Pros

Great place to work so far! This is a very savvy group of professionals with a great product that is only getting better. Ambitious growth goals, first to market technology, proven ROI and more make this a great place to sign on with.

Cons

None so far. In the US it is a startup environment still so things are changing quickly, but that also offers great access to Sr. mgmt.

A powerful teenage startup hitting some growing pains

Pros

- Leadership is showing a willingness to invest in the right strategic and scale areas - Market leader in this industry with clear technical advantages and customer evangelists - Unified technical stack, which allows development to move much faster than peer set

Cons

- Too much focus on new customers/sales as a primary measure of success; conversely, not a large focus on reasons for customer churn - Senior management is too hands-on with product, with a majority of decisions still made in HQ - Very prideful culture, which can be a large headwinds for change management
