Fantastic people - the recruiters at Mirakl have done a great job hiring talented and well-rounded people from a variety of backgrounds. Culture and team-building - even with COVID and more remote employees, leadership has done a great job getting people together int he office for lunches, parties, or team-building activities. Mission and values - Mirakl has five core values that the company and employees try to operate by (that aren't just corporate lip service). The core values (and the company's mission) are clearly defined and as employees we know what we're working towards.

Cons

It used to be the lack of 401k match but we are getting an employer match in January.
