Lacking in leadership and compensation, but solid on-the-job training

Pros

On-the-Job Training: The company does a commendable job when it comes to on-the-job training. I was able to advance my skills in many areas. This was certainly a highlight of my time at the company.

Cons

Lack of Severance: Unfortunately, the company does not seem to prioritize fair compensation practices. In my experience, they did not provide reasonable severance packages to departing employees. This can create financial instability for individuals who leave the company involuntarily. Lack of Bonuses: Additionally, the company does not provide performance bonuses, which I feel is a missed opportunity to incentivize hard work and high performance. Poor Leadership: The leadership at this company is an area that significantly needs improvement. In my experience, leaders often lacked clear communication and vision, which made it challenging to understand the company's direction.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on Mirantis and appreciate your service whilst you were with us. In regards to our compensation practices we are currently looking into how we can best make the company for equitable. We recently made a change in the platform we used in order to assess salaries against the market and in the process of finding a more accurate system. Please feel free to reach out to me personally to elaborate on the ways in which we could improve on our approach to severance packages as well as performance incentives.
