Lacking in leadership and compensation, but solid on-the-job training - Engineering Manager Mirantis Employee Review

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on Mirantis and appreciate your service whilst you were with us. In regards to our compensation practices we are currently looking into how we can best make the company for equitable. We recently made a change in the platform we used in order to assess salaries against the market and in the process of finding a more accurate system.
