Great salary Experienced teams Mirantis provides you ability to work with various companies and skyrocket your experience by seeing theirs internal processes, technologies and other things.

Cons

It very seems like management are not satisfied with employees salaries and started process of reducing them. In 2015 autumn salary review was canceled and there is rumors that salary review will be handled only once per year.

There are a lot of resources to learn and grow. Very challenging work and co workers are very encouraging. Also I liked the flexible hours.

Cons

Not enough attention from senior management. It is very difficult for an entry level person to fit in to this environment.
