Pros

Ability to help shape the IT industry with customers and partners, you will be involved in some projects that will blow your mind, or at least mine. Very strong engineering expertise, can-do company culture and mentality. Strong reputation in market

Cons

Company has some very demanding customers and is experiencing strong growth. Structure is being put in place, but this environment is not for everyone, especially those coming from larger companies. Situations can become stressful and require stay-calm mentalities.

Pros

They fly to their headquarters so you get to view silicon valley. Issued a powerful laptop. Some people there are very nice.

Cons

Management is uncoordinated. They mass hire and then filter out by laying people off. They will do anything to get you to leave your current job including making false promises of training you but don't actual provide you any actual training. Communication was difficult. Due to working remotely it was extremely difficult to get involved with my team members. Some high managers there are misogynistic. They do not offer competitive pay with the area. They bait and switch by offering a very high income in process and then low ball you in offer.

Nice, friendly, experienced colleagues and pleasant atmosphere. Interesting, fast paced and often cutting-edge projects, Company invests into education and professional growth. Corporate and team building events are great.

Cons

The compensation/benefits could have been a bit better. Depending on your project manager work experience may vary quite a lot.
