Pros

Work outside in fresh air. Flexible hour schedule

Cons

low pay, repetitive unnecessary work, lack of communication, supervisor has a bad temper for absolutely no reason, have to do some pretty gross jobs, did I mention supervisor has a bad temper! Higher-ups have great salaries and quarterly bonuses but the little guys that make the place run don't even get cost of living increases. Very unfair.

Pros

The ability to serve others in an environment that is supportive. This is hard work but the people who work here are great and the care given to the residents is top notch.

Cons

Not enough care givers. Like many other companies, we are understaffed.
