      Some great people work there

      Cons

      No raises, Managers not held accountable, disappear often and not qualified to do the work. Everyone else picks up the slack. High turnover because of poor management, employees are undervalued. very bad morale. Employees afraid to say anything because managers "get rid of you" if you report problems. Managers hide complaints from CEO

      Pros

      Miravida Living has many innovative programs that are practiced on a daily basis. I love that I can come to work knowing how we are improving the quality of life for the elders we serve - and bringing my dog to work is such an added bonus!

      Cons

      Miravida is moving in a technological transformation to empower employees with information, and offering training but each persons learning curve varies.
