I am honestly surprised at the negativity in some of the reviews here. Honestly, I think Misfits was a great place to work for the past few years, and though I was part of the recent layoffs, I still think very highly of the company, mission, and team. This is a STARTUP environment, so things are very fast paced, decisions are made quickly (I mean I get it, they need to be), so it is not for everyone. If you join here thinking this is a large company environment, it is the wrong place for you. However if you thrive in a faster-paced culture with autonomy and like being surrounded by smart people, this is a great place to work. The acquisition of Imperfect made life tough for a lot of people at the company, but that is the nature of mergers. All in all, Misfits is an amazing place to work and has built a great company over the years.

Cons

- The pace is sometimes too fast which is not for everyone - Remote work has been very hard on the company - The acquisition of Imperfect Foods happened fast and though it was likely the right strategic move, there are culture clashes
