      Pros

      - Remote work is normal - There are genuine efforts to promote work-life balance - The Mission team is really great. - There is lots of positive affirmation in many forms. - Management is pretty transparent about forecasting and company goals

      Cons

      - It is consulting so there is a heavy focus on billable hours - It is consulting so daily life is often determined by how a customer is to work with

      -Ability to work fully remote -Great team members -Excellent company benefits like Flex PTO, company-paid health insurance -Sense of trust and respect for each other

      Cons

      Sometimes workload can be hectic but this should come as no surprise working in the tech field.

      Pros

      The people that work here are incredible, leadership actually leads and empowers its employees to use their judgement and act, and you really get the feeling that Mission cares about its employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload can get pretty heavy, but I think that's how it is anywhere. Better to have a lot of work versus none.
