Perks & Benefits, flexible working hours, transparent and supportive management.

Cons

Been working with Mission for almost two years now, I can't think of any cons except the natural growing pains that come with a fast-developing company.

Pros

Mission is a great company where everyone is supportive and works together to achieve great things. You get to work with so many talented and smart people that you're motivated to do your best. Leadership is open, transparent, and approachable and the benefits are also great. Medical, dental, and vision including dependents.

Cons

It's a start-up environment and there are some growing pains but nothing major.

Great people, pay, benefits, flexible with lots of room for work/life balance--- bleeding edge of technology with AWS - lots of career and growth opp within

Cons

None really, it's been a great experience, I love my team- I get approached with opportunities all the time being in a high demand market, but it's a rare thing to find a team like Mission, and they take very good care of us. It is a growing startup, so if you're into a large company/corporate slower environment, probably not the place for you.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We do try to make sure everyone has room for growth, and with AWS changing so fast there is always room for technical growth. It is an incredibly fast paced environment at Mission, but we feel it's so rewarding to work with such amazing people.
