Mission is a great company where everyone is supportive and works together to achieve great things. You get to work with so many talented and smart people that you're motivated to do your best. Leadership is open, transparent, and approachable and the benefits are also great. Medical, dental, and vision including dependents.

Cons

It's a start-up environment and there are some growing pains but nothing major.

- This company has been getting worse every month. - The company lacks a clear direction. - Expect frequent management changes, resulting in daily work overload. - Teams are being downsized monthly, and experienced engineers are being replaced with inexperienced staff or those lacking customer focus. I strongly advise against working for this company. Avoid it!
