- Great co-workers - Short ladder to talk to leadership - Direct impact on business outcomes - Daily interaction with customers

- Transparency between different departments could be better - While communication from 'the top' is regular, some of it feels like lip service.

Your advice is spot on. Sometimes we move so fast that team communication is left behind, especially around product changes. We are working to change that, especially as the product team grows, but your words are absolutely heard. Cross-departmental communication has also been something we're working on and is certainly not perfect yet, but we'd love your feedback on our initiatives.

Definitely startup culture

Pros

Single department management is good. Good work culture and friendly to remote workers

Cons

Due to it being a startup, current solutions for tools are minimal and scattered. Nothing is setup properly and lack of documentation ends up meaning you take up a lot of your time reaching out internally about systems that should have had documentation.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We know as a start up streamlining our tooling and getting processes documented consistently has been a challenge. We are working on that with each department and we have made strides, but of course there's more to do. - Remote work is normal - There are genuine efforts to promote work-life balance - The Mission team is really great. - There is lots of positive affirmation in many forms. - Management is pretty transparent about forecasting and company goals

Cons

- It is consulting so there is a heavy focus on billable hours - It is consulting so daily life is often determined by how a customer is to work with
