Pros

Some really amazing and talented people. Highly Skilled, Collaborative and Passionate about delivering quality to our customers.

Cons

The organization seems to have far too much overhead for a Consulting Services organization, and the squeeze to be able to financially support this overhead is being felt on the Delivery side.

Not recommended, siloed teams, arrogant leadership

Pros

There are a few really good people who work there, who I miss. If you like a rigid work structure, without much flexibility in your role, it's probably a good place.

Cons

Teams aren't allowed to talk to each other. There's lots of "that's not my/your job" attitude from people, instead of collaboration. Most of the individuals there are great people, but "leadership" is too protective of cross-talk. Recruitment process is very easy-going, but once you actually get into the company, you realize how rigid the "leaders" are. They don't care about feedback provided by their team members, or pretend to, but never take action on it. There's also a "bro" culture and quite a few toxic people whose behavior is actively supported by management. You're either "in" or "out."

Overall, Great Company

Pros

Unlimited PTO and they actually value work/life balance. If you don't use any PTO, they will ask you take PTO. Opportunities for growth are a little slower since its not a very large company, however they support growth by allowing to you get unlimited AWS certs you can try and achieve. Overall a very positive atmosphere and work environment.

Cons

Future is uncertain, CEO is trying to sell the company which causes layoffs to make the company look more profitable. Company is very much controlled by the sale decision. Outsourcing will most likely come in the future. Job security is not the best here.
