Pros

Great growth potential if you are willing to dance the dance. Mission stays on top of providing cutting edge health care.

Cons

Work environment is punitive in nature. Not much support if you are learning and not excelling fast enough. The emails all say we are here to support you, but I have not even met most of you and when I did it was in a crowded room to drum up support for changes and budget cuts.

Thanks for your feedback, which we review and take very seriously. If you have specific instances you would like to share with HR, please feel free to contact talentacquisition@msj.org. We encourage you to provide feedback and voice your needs/concerns through StandOut, manager 1:1 meetings, and various listening sessions. Curious what type of support you are seeking and how we can help connect you.

Cons

Management does not have your back. There is a financial decision which will affect you they will choose to move forward You will work multiple jobs at one time because they’re unwilling to pay for additional employees.

Appreciate the candor. As a nursing leader, we encourage you to bring this up to your manager and with Nursing leadership. Great point about CNAs, and we actually have just raised the minimum for CNAs to $12.50 per hour in an effort to recruit and retain valuable team members. Thanks for your feedback!
