Great people, great mission, lots of layoffs.

Pros

Mission Lane has some of the smartest, kindest employees I've ever worked with. Truly enjoyable people who help each other in and outside of work. A great company culture, until you get laid off suddenly over Google Meet.

Cons

Two rounds of layoffs within four months. The teams keep getting leaner, and the executives keep saying everything is going well...until they lay off another round of folks who do the most work.
