Very flexible; Wonderful family-owned company culture; Strong leadership in the corporate office; Huge potential for growth; Many employees have been working at the company for over 10 years which shows in their job skill & experience.

Pros

Absolutely nothing aside from a paycheck and the hardworking employees

Cons

Essentially anyone in management. I have never met a more racist, sexist, and homophobic management team in my life. They treat their production employees like cattle. It felt like a sweat shop.

I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience with Mission Linen Supply and am frankly a little dumbfounded. Our management training program is all about helping participants grow and develop into successful managers and we have "graduates" in Manager and Director positions throughout the company. We do the best we can to provide a pleasant work experience for all and certainly do not tolerate behavior that does not support that.

Pros

Beyond it simply being a job I can't think of many pros.

Cons

Unprofessional company High turn over Below industry standard pay Terrible benefits Dealt with racism from management Treat production employees like a number. Like they are expendable Corporate is out of touch with how people are mistreated at each plant. Or maybe they do know but don't care Overall, very questionable business practices Not solutions driven, they love playing the blame game

Respect and integrity are two words we value at Mission Linen Supply. We respect the many contributions our employees make to our success and are proud to have an average employee tenure of almost ten years. And you can't maintain a loyal customer base like ours without acting with integrity. Those two tenets have contributed to a successful 87 years in business!
