Pros
Most of the people at the company are pleasant to work with. Good job security and opportunities for continuing education and movement within the company.
Cons
Expect the bureaucratic nightmare inherent to government jobs, and then multiply it by all the unnecessary levels of management. The chain-of-command communication style leaves most employees completely disconnected from the two levels of Directors, who generally make little effort to understand happenings "on the ground." Promotions and raises are very political and based more on who you go golfing or bar-hopping with than on your actual job performance. As of 2021, the company is hemorrhaging employees. Working for the NNSA isn't a bad gig, but this M&O contractor is notably bad.
