Benefits package is lacking and medical insurance for family of 4 is around 800 a month after employer portion.

4-10s Co-Workers Paid Uniforms Overtime Safety Culture Contract Site Manager really understands workers and tries his best to find solutions. Company does raffles and feeds employees during the holidays.

Cons

Not a set rate. They have a ground rate, shop time, and rope rate. Insurance is high. Unable to expense boots.
