There is a lot of work, and despite all the problems that is why we're here. To work and make money.
Cons
Very Poor Management! Primarily the issue is there are too few people in-charge of very large projects. Often times the overload of work that should be bestowed on an additional position is split and made the responsibilities of people with already cumbersome positions. In short you have to go to the top to get the simplest need fulfilled and you must go to someone such as a safety manager in-order to get windshield wipers for your company vehicle.
