      Pros

      Colleagues are nice, smart, and friendly. It has decent benefits and insurance premium. One of the largest NDT companies in the US.

      Cons

      Very cheap on salary and compensation. Large bonuses for board of directors (public information shows $0.6M bonuses) even when company is not doing well and freezes employees salaries. Employees are not happy and are leaving one after the other. No clear growth path.

      None. I gave them one star but really they don't deserve any.

      Cons

      Management and Directors are shockingly incompetent and are only ever looking out for themselves.
