The Cleveland office is quiet, but every employee is friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed. Managers are fair and understanding. Great place to work.

Cons

If you are a social butterfly this may not be the office for you due to the quiet nature of most of the employees. Don't let thatvdeter you, though.

The people are great, the tech is interesting, and the pace is such that no one is ever sitting idle.

Cons

Work-life balance is not as valued as I would have preferred but they are grateful when you put extra work in to get a job done.
