Great place to work and feel valued. Management cares about their employees' success and seem to honor a good work-life-balance. Benefits are good.

Cons

the conservative cooperate culture of the parent company SnapOn, not big on remote work and salaries could be more competitive

Vibe is fun. People are cool.

Cons

They start you off with a temp agency. $20 an hour. If you get hired on it goes down to $19.47. Commission plan is weird. CRM's are from the 80's. Lists are saturated from other employee's calling them. It's really hard to make money here.
