Pros

Commission can be very good. Some of the software is very good if not dated.

Cons

The bread and butter software is solid, but getting long in the tooth and difficult for customers to pick up. They have a habit of developing new programs or features only enough to sell it and never improve it from there. Clueless leadership. They let several competitors bundle their repair program, with some of them undercutting you on price. Inside sales will poach your orders/customers. Don't care about field sales reps. 5 years in, I wouldn't know senior leadership if I tripped over them.

paycheck is always on time. Full benefits, Vacation, sick and additional PTO.

Cons

Too much internal drama and politics. If you are not part of the gossip, you won't grow.

Pros

Nothing your working for free, they con you into a 10-99 job which has everything that a regular job has but they don’t pay you unless you sell

Cons

The team they have at corp office only cares about their own issues and do not like helping out the independent reps. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. No support in any way. People that buy their software cancel with in 30 days, and they charge back the sales rep and don’t do anything to try to save the account. Unless of course it’s one their inside team sells aka inbound calls team that steals from shops that we talk to and then call the call center. This is a joke of a company don’t buy their lies, they want you to work for free and make you do the same stuff you get a salary and benefits for, for nothing.
