President of company is a visionary & an amazing entrepreneur. Salary & compensation packages are very good. Work environment is very work hard play hard & there is a lot of opportunity for growth. Great technology provided!

Super Super Micromanagement from the Top Down. Management changes direction at the drop of a dime and pulls you all over the place. Recruiter run Organization who doesn't understand Account Management challenges.
