Pros

Great place for self motivated recruiters who don't want to be micromanaged. Enough leadership to help guide you, but not prohibit you. Good training program for newcomers with no experience in the biz. Great client list with regional and national companies. Solid commission plan.

Cons

Medical benefits could be better. Would be nice to see more opportunities to advance into leadership roles inside the company.

-Great staff help with on boarding process - assist with other companies to make sure you are insured for the assignment

-No secondary options after contract was over.
