Pros

I joined MMI last summer via an acquisition. Since the first day I found the culture to be very friendly and helpful. MMI is a good place to work if you are looking for a successful career it IT staffing. The management team is very open to hearing feedback. I have found if you are successful at MMI this is a great place to work with a lot of resources to assist you. I would recommend someone to join MMI. Good culture. I have seen 5 company sponsored social outings for the internal staff since I have been here.

Cons

The biggest con was addressed this past month with an overhaul of the physical office. No other major issues to report.

Peter is greatest recruiter I have ever worked. He follows up with me in each steps after we talked to each other. He brought my job to finish line and I am offering a contractor job for 6 months to hire. This company is THE company you should choose to work with.

Like all companies, there are good people here. Industry demand is still quite strong. You can use your experience here to go somewhere else with stronger leadership and be very successful.

Cons

The company will not grow in the manner it should until the owner disengages from day to day activities. He is all over the place.
