I've been a contractor for over 10 years now and I can say without a doubt that Mitchell and Martin has been the greatest experience of my career. Dan P. contacted me for a short term to hire contract position with a firm that he thought I would excel in. I went on with the interview and was offered a position with the company. The onboarding process was flawless and I started working 2 weeks after I received the offer letter. The pay rate was well above average. I worked for several months and was offered a permanent position for the company I was contracting for. I can't thank Mitchell Martin enough for the opportunity they have given me. They are professional and caring people who know how to match up professionals with the perfect work environment. All the best!

Mitchell Martin provides the growth and opportunity to individuals who are interested in furthering their accounting career. An individual will be exposed to areas of payroll, sales tax, analyzing and preparing financial statements, and managing and maintaining the day to day activity of a growing business. Individuals play an active role in the organization success. Senior management encourages members of their team to excel. Becoming part of the Mitchell Martin team, an individual will have the opportunity to experience new challenges, career and salary growth, and work alongside upper management.

Cons

No one work place is 100% perfect. However, if you are the type of person who truly enjoys a challenge and is willing to go outside your comfort zone, this position is for you. This is the perfect place to call home for individuals who are driven, eager and passionate about their careers.
