Pros

Initially the recruiter was on top of everything and on boarding was done quickly. All paperwork flowed seamlessly. Interview meetings and response went well with their client. Was hired and completed contract. Lead to believe the contact length was longer than actual.

Cons

As contract was coming to an end I reached out to the recruiter and received no response. It took several calls to various people within the company before I was told that person no longer worked there. No immediate assistance to find new work. I received one call from a new recruiter who said they took over the consultant/client list. Never heard back. They totally dropped the ball and had no interest in continuing the relationship. They lost a very hard working, dedicated person.

Growing Company with Great Perks

Pros

Everyone in the company is easily accessible. The size of the company allows for a small company culture feel while some of the perks of a larger company.

Cons

Still working on getting more name recognition Nationally.
