Pros

Gene Holtzman and Mike Church have been very helpful for the last 26 years. They will support you even when client fails you in an interview. They encourages you to get better at your job. They pay for required training classes. It is great that Mitchell Martin inc has seen successful 40 years. I am sure Mitchell Martin Inc. will continue its success for next 300 years. It did help me in getting US citizenship. I started working for Mitchell Martin Inc. 26 years ago ( year 1998). It has been pleasure working for Mitchell Martin Inc. I did meet great people like you and Mike church in 80 Wall Street office 26 years ago. Lot of great memories. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, Krishna.

Better consulting company compared to similar ones

Pros

Better pay and transparent in process,especially for H1B visa holders

Cons

Their major client is Bank of America and BOA notorious to layoff the employees especially contractors. While hiring a contractor BOA will promise to Mitchell Martin and employee that contract will last long for at least one year. Later BOA will simply terminate the contract with the simple reason that they ran out of budget. I know a bunch of employees from MMI those who were in the same boat. Unfortunately MMI sales team doesn’t have any control over Bank of America’s contract to include a minimum period of employment. Some time the contractor might have relocated and made the plans as per BOA’s false commitment. Especially if you are on H1B you will be losing your job with out any notice and MMI won’t be able to place you in another hob with in 2 months.

Best company I had ever worked with

Pros

thoughthere are many, I would like to highlight only few. 1. MMI is very organized and professional company. 2. Bi-weekly payroll 3. Professional Marketing / HR / and dedicated immigration team 4. Benefits like 401k, free vision insurance and life Insurance.

Cons

Some how I am bit disappointing with current medical insurance plans available.
