Location - major metro area.

Cons

too risk averse; influenced by the Japanese culture. Unless someone retires, chances of one getting promoted are slim to none. Not a good place to advance your marketing career. Good for beginners, since you can get fundamentals.

Leadership is clueless. Consistly changing direction to pursue the latest fads. Management targets individuals to get rid of. Watched leadership/management clear out experience in favor of young replacements to save money. Company is only interested in cutting corners to save money at the expense of "offering their customers the finest products" in direct conflict to their company motto. That should tell you all you need to know about how leadership operates..... Company has no career paths for their employees. Leaving employees with little to no place to grow.
