Pros

Most of the people are nice, easy to work with, friendly.

Cons

HR sucks! They lie to you about your PTO during the hiring process. They only offer 2 weeks vacation when almost all other companies offer 3 weeks. They take forever to deposit your 401k contribution to your account. They don't care! They act with a small-company mentality.

Time to clean house.

Pros

Salary is great considering a small town. So many hard working people.

Cons

Business was just transitioned from Unilever which didn't care about the sauce business any longer and it was evident by the product leaving the factory that shouldn't have. Management cared more about saving their jobs with the acquisition by Mizkan then they did first rate quality to the customer. Mizkan needs to clean house and bring their people in to upper management ASAP. Sad to say Mizkan has no idea what continues to go on there because of deceit.

What a Mess

Pros

Some very kind, hardworking people

Cons

Deeply ingrained office politics, vicious corporate culture, very low morale, underdeveloped business practices and lack of training/information/support, under acquisition that most employees are VERY unhappy about which filters into everything during your daily interactions, high crisis level from poor planning and last-minute fire drills, unreasonable expectations that lead to inevitable failure, huge divide between executives and support staff with much grumbling and complaining, majority of employees are lazy and spend more time gossiping than working.
