Mizkan Crossville is like baby sitting . Everyone gets feelings hurt if they are asked to do their job . Management treats them like baby's so they do not get up set . Not fair with employee. Treats everyone different according to who you are. If you are friends with a certain group you can do no wrong and only work when you want to . Management is a huge part of this culture .
