Pros

The team within the plants work very hard to deliver results for the company. They are very dedicated group of people.

Cons

The plants get little to no support from senior leadership or functional support teams outside of the facility. The tools they provide plants to track performance metrics and deliver results do not exist, the plants are left alone to accomplish this. There is no team work within the organization and employees are not valued. The HR team is disengaged and they are not open to feedback on improvement.

Pros

There are some very smart and talented people working here. Family-like atmosphere. Reasonable commute. Benefits and compensation are slowly reaching market levels. Most employees have been there forever.

Cons

Low pay, compared to other companies. Few opportunities for internal advancement. A lot of organizational changes without much communication from management. Different departments are still operating in silos. I agree with other reviews that the culture is becoming a lot more Japanese (more activity and oversight).
